ZANE Training and Business Success

The various income generating projects continue, not without their challenges!

In the face of the extreme poverty in which our people live, it is often difficult to teach the principles of faithfulness and stewardship. One success story is that of a widow, MS. After her husband died of AIDS, she discovered that she was HIV positive. After the funeral, her husband’s relatives took all her clothes and possessions and left her and her 3 children with nothing. We met her, listened to her story and offered to assist her. She expressed a desire to be trained as a pre-school teacher. She was sent for training, was diligent in her studies and qualified to become a preschool teacher. We assisted her in obtaining a cabin for her school premises and attended a joyful opening ceremony for her day care centre in January! She has 25 children who attend and it is inspiring to see her dedication and commitment to her work.

will make a difference.
ZANE has a first class team on the ground across Zimbabwe. ZANE has systems in place that ensure that every pound donated, is used to its maximum advantage. The money will be prudently used and will go towards the relief of hardship and acute misery.
The cost of care. . .
ZANE has no offices and employs only a small staff in the UK. There are no middlemen and there is no waste.
